How to use it
Make a printable Word doc of stickers or tickets in under a minute.
Choose what to print
On the home page, tap one of two cards:
- Sandwich / Wrap Labels — 14 identical stickers per page, used for wrapping sandwiches and wraps.
- Bain Marie Tickets — up to 10 tickets per page, used as price cards in the hot food display.
Type the menu item
For labels you need three things:
- Name — e.g.
Chicken Mayo Wrap - Price — type just the number like
11.50(the$is added for you) - Ingredients — comma-separated, e.g.
Wrap, Chicken, Mayo, Lettuce
For tickets you just need name + price per row, and you can add up to 10 different items on one page.
💡 As you type, the preview on the right updates live. What you see is what prints.
Download the Word doc
Tap the big red Download Word doc button. A .docx file lands in your Downloads folder.
Open in Word and print
Double-click the file → it opens in Word → Cmd+P (or File → Print).
If Word says “Your margins are quite small”, click Yes. That message is normal for sticker sheets.
Load the Liberty pre-printed sticker sheet into your printer (logo side up). The text aligns with the sticker squares.
Common questions
The logo isn't on the doc — is that right?
Yes. Liberty stickers already carry the Time Saver Eatery branding. The doc adds only the name, price, and ingredients so they print into the white area on the sticker.
I changed the price after generating. Do I redo it?
Yes — open the website, type the new price, hit download again. Throw away the old doc.
It opens in Google Docs / Pages instead of Word.
Right-click the file → Open With → Microsoft Word. Other apps may shift the text slightly.
The text is wrapping mid-word (e.g. CHICKE / N).
The item name is too long for one line. Either shorten it (e.g. Sweet Chilli Chicken → Sweet Chilli) or accept the wrap — it still prints clearly.
I want all 8 tickets on one A4 page.
Add up to 10 — they all fit on one page automatically. The system shrinks the row layout to match the number of tickets.
Can I save my menu so I don't re-type it each day?
Not yet — every session starts blank. Let us know if this would help and we'll add it.
