Getting started
From Start, choose what to print, type the details, check the preview, then download the file and print it. Your work saves itself as you type — closing the tab or going back to Start loses nothing, and recent jobs can be reopened from the Start screen.
Sandwich / wrap labels
A Word file (.docx) per product — one A4 sheet of 14 identical stickers (2 across, 7 down) on the Liberty pre-printed sticker sheet. The stickers already carry the logo, so the file prints text only: the name (split over up to three lines), the price and an “Ingredients | …” line.
- Type just the number for the price, e.g.
11.50— the$is added for you. - Ingredients are comma-separated, e.g.
Wrap, Chicken, Mayo, Lettuce. - Open the file in Word, load the sticker sheet logo side up, and print at 100% scale / “Actual size” — never “fit to page”.
- If Word says “Your margins are quite small”, click Yes — that is normal for sticker sheets.
Bain marie tickets
One Word file (.docx) with up to 10 tickets on a single A4 sheet, 2 across. Each ticket needs a name and a price. Print on plain A4 at 100% scale, then cut along the dashed lines. An odd number of tickets leaves one blank branded spare on the sheet.
Bulk display posters
One landscape poster per page — big white price in the red circle, the product name on the blue. Every poster has a paper size: A4 prints on any printer, A3 and A2 need a printer that takes that paper. Two downloads:
- Word file — editable, one page per poster (A4 and A3).
- PDF — print-ready from any device. A2 needs the PDF: Word’s biggest page is 22 inches and A2 landscape is 23.4 inches wide, so Word cuts off the product name and logo. The Word button switches off while an A2 poster is in the batch and says why.
Deals. Type a deal like 2 for $8.99. Left as it is, it prints in smaller text under the price. Tick “Make the deal the big number” and the poster leads with ANY 2 FOR $8.99 and “or … EA” underneath — but only when the deal reads as a quantity and a total; the workspace warns you when it doesn’t.
Font sizes & colour (Classic only). Sizes are in points, like Word, and blank means automatic. They are A4 sizes and scale with the paper (A3 ×1.41, A2 ×2). The product name can print white instead of black.
Liberty styles
Pick the Liberty family on a poster for five designs with the Liberty wordmark — Sweep, Mirror, Wedge, Red field and Base band. Every line is sized automatically to fill its space (name up to three lines, pack line, price with the suffix under the $), so there are no font-size boxes. These print from the PDF only: while a Liberty poster is in the batch the Word button is off and says so (“Word file is for Classic posters”).
- Deal. Any deal that reads as a quantity and a total (
2 for $8.99,3 x $12) always leads as ANY 2 FOR $8.99 in a disc, with “OR $x.xx EACH” (the price you typed) under it. A deal that doesn’t read that way is not printed — the workspace warns you. - Was price. When it is more than the price, the poster adds SAVE $x and WAS $y badges above the price.
- Promo tag. Manager’s Special or Clearanceprints as a corner flash at the top of the poster (in the base band on the Base band style). Office printers can clip the top few millimetres of the flash, like any edge-to-edge artwork; the words stay well inside the page.
Shelf & counter strips
A print-ready PDF on A4 landscape. Large shelf strips print 3 to a page (297 × 70 mm each); small counter strips print 6 to a page (148 × 70 mm, 2 × 3). Extras flow onto more pages. Two looks:
- Classic — the blue field with the red price bar. Pick a font size (small, medium, large), add an optional suffix such as
Ea, and 2-for / 3-for deals if you have them. Cut along the black lines. - Liberty — the Liberty wordmark with a red price field. Name, an optional pack line, price and suffix (
EAby default), a deal typed any way that reads as a quantity and a total (2 for $8prints ANY 2 FOR $8 with the price as the each-price), a was price (SAVE / WAS badges) and a promo tag (a tab on the left edge). Sizes are automatic. Cut along the grey lines.
Print at 100% / “Actual size”.

Troubleshooting
The Word file opens in Google Docs or Pages instead of Word. Right-click the file → Open With → Microsoft Word. Other apps may shift the text slightly.
A label name is wrapping mid-word (e.g. CHICKE / N). The name is too long for its line. Shorten it (e.g. Sweet Chilli Chicken → Sweet Chilli) or accept the wrap — it still prints clearly.
The Word file prints misaligned or off the stickers. Check the print dialog: scale must be 100% / “Actual size”, paper A4. Labels also need the Liberty sticker sheets — plain paper won’t match the die-cut.
Only the first Word file downloaded. When several label sheets download at once the browser may ask permission for multiple downloads — allow it, or use the per-file “Download again” buttons in the green panel.
I changed a price after downloading. Edit it in the workspace and download again; throw away the old file.
